Cling On

For some reason Silas was a little cling on the entire time we were at my parents house. He was not really fussy or anything he just wanted to be held and logged some serious time in the big comfy chair with Uncle Jordan and any one else who would let him snuggle!
Playing with Noah's Chuck E. Cheese prize, looks like he is singing into a microphone!
Side note - I finally saw Avatar while we were down there - AMAZING!!!!

Chuck E. Cheese

While we were down in Eugene last week Noah got to have his first Chuck E. Cheese experience with his buddy Kaiden! I was not sure how he would react to the place given his usual timid and shy nature but he was an absolute wild man! I am so glad I left Silas with my mom because I would not have been able to keep up with him with Silas strapped to my chest! He was not scared of anything and wanted to do everything! We got there right when they opened and practically had the entire place to ourselves the whole time we were there! Both boys had a blast, getting them to stop and eat lunch was pretty much out of the question!

The boys in the Jeep! (Noah's favorite)
He even gave Chuck E. Cheese a hug!
Driving with Momma!
Riding the horse!
Back in the Jeep...
There is this cool booth that will draw your picture for one token! Noah was not into sitting still for it, this is the best one we got!

Big Boy Bed

Noah got his new big boy bed this last weekend! He is so tall that he was practically reaching end to end on his toddler bed and seemed to be falling out of it quite often so we decided it was time for an upgrade. He has been so excited about his new bed and can't wait to to get "all covered in" as he says it!

This is his new excited face! So stinkin cute!!!

Trouble...

Silas is our climber! Noah never really tried to get into absolutely everything with the determination that Silas is showing. We have caught him trying to scale shelves, drawers, stools, tables, toilets, toys etc. He is also starting to figure out that he can use other things as stepping stools to get to even greater heights... Not cool!!!

#1 Car Cart

Ryan just sent me this picture from Whole Foods, Noah is about the happiest boy ever! He is totally in love with their car carts and always asks to go back to the store as soon as we get home!

Little Helpers

We have been spending lots of time out working in the yard and have some serious little helpers! Noah is totally obsessed with mowing and weed wacking! He uses his golf clubs as weed wackers and basically anything he can push around on the ground is a lawn mower! Silas just wants to do whatever Noah is doing whether it is mowing, spitting, coughing, laughing or screaming! It is pretty funny to watch him try to do things exactly like big brother! Yesterday I taught Noah how to use the hose to fill the watering cans. It is awesome, he fills the watering can and waters all my plants now. I am sure the fact that he now knows how to turn on the faucet and use the hose could backfire at some point and we will all end up soaking wet...

Going to Work

One of Noah's favorite games to play these days is "work" He comes and goes to work all day long and has to have goodbye kisses and hello kisses each and every time (I love this game)!!! If you ask him about his job he'll tell you he does bankruptcies on his laptop or in his car. He drives his Cozy Coupe to the office, usually stopping for gas along the way. He also goes to the grocery store and Old Navy several times a day for oatmeal and socks for momma. I don't know where the socks came from, I don't think I have ever bought a pair of socks at Old Navy but I get several new pairs from Noah every day along with a lifetime supply of oatmeal!!!
Plugging away at the office!

Happy Mother's Day

Mothers Day

A Mother loves right from the start.
She holds her baby close to her heart.
The bond that grows will never falter.
Her love is so strong it will never alter.
A Mother gives never ending Love.
She never feels that she has given enough.
For you she will always do her best.
Constantly working, there's no time to rest.
A Mother is there when things go wrong.
A hug and a kiss to help us along.
Always there when we need her near.
Gently wipes our eyes when we shed a tear.
So on this day shower your Mother with Love.
Gifts and presents are nice but that is not enough.
Give your Mother a day to have some peace of mind.
Be gentle, be good, be helpful, be kind.
Happy Mothers Day.

Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Here is Noah with his flag he made at school for Cinco de Mayo. A little late I know but we are playing catch up now that we finally have a camera!!!! He is very proud of his flag, he colored it and did the glue all by himself!!

Naughty George

Here is what George did while Noah was eating breakfast this morning...

"George is being naughty, he is blowing spit bubbles and food and puke on the floor. And he pooped. Momma needs to clean it up."

Walking video #2

Here is another one!

Still no pics...

I am officially having camera withdrawals! We ordered a little Canon from Costco right when ours broke and it was shipped on April 26th... I got online to check the status Tuesday because I thought it was weird it had not shown up yet and it is completely MIA. UPS had a note on the tracking file that said they found the package but it was opened and missing all contents, great! I called Costco and they are shipping another one that went out today and my new Nikon shipped yesterday so hopefully we will have some pictures soon!!! I can't wait!!!!!

Here is a video of Silas walking! The flip is getting some good use since we can't take any pictures of all this stuff! Yes that is a serious head bonk at the end, he has a serious bruise to show for it!
