So everyone is talking about what Michael Phelps eats for breakfast so we thought we would do a comparison with Noah... His typical breakfast these days usually includes - 1 banana, half in bite size pieces, the other half mashed in with a big scoop of yogurt, a container of Gerber fruit and some oatmeal, a handful of Cheerios, a handful of chopped up grapes and a handful of blueberries. He then washes it all down with 4-6 oz of milk and usually a cup of water too... It may not be 4,000 calories but that is a lot of food in his little tummy!
