Snuggie

I just have to post this picture of Noah in Ryan's Snuggie! He thinks it is super cool and now all blankets are Snuggies! Also, here is a picture of the card that Noah and Silas made for Ryan for his birthday, super cute!

Go Ducks!!!

Failed Attempts...

We have been diligently trying to get a picture of the boys together for Christmas cards this year but are having a tough time. Noah does not seem to want Silas anywhere near him (especially touching him or anything that is his) and really does not want his picture taken these days. Silas on the other hand hams it up whenever possible! Here are a few of our attempts that have succeeded in giving us some laughs!!!

Yes, they are sitting in a bathtub! This is Noah's new boat that he cruises around in all day! George rides in the storage compartment in the back along with his snacks. Pretty darn cute!

Silas thinks it is funny! Love the drool...

Do I have to???

Back in the boat but still thinking about whether he wants us to take his picture...

Oops, too late, he got a phone call and is now too busy talking to have his picture taken!

Sweet Rides

Noah has so many riding toys in our house these days it feels like we need a parking garage! I am so thankful for all the extra room we have now for him to cruise around all over the place. He is continuously driving his Cozy Coupe around either to the store for milk, cookies and flowers or to work. Silas is trying to get in on the action too (with a little help from daddy)!

Stitches :(

Noah had his first big accident on Friday and had to spend some serious time in the ER... He fell on one of the nightstands in our bedroom and bit through his lower lip. It was a rough night for all of us, we waited in the ER waiting room for almost three hours and then spent another three hours in the back while they stitched him up. He ended up getting six stitches on the outside of his lip and they just left the inside to heal on its own. The poor little guy had no idea what was going on and just wanted to go home (he cried almost the entire time we were there)... He seems to be in denial about the whole thing now. When we ask him if he has stitches he says "NO" when we ask him if he went to the hospital he says "NO" so obviously he is over it! I am thinking the whole thing was harder on Ryan and I than it was on Noah...
Noah got his stitches out Tuesday afternoon and everything looks like it is healing really good!

Noah with his stitches on Saturday morning!

Halloween!

Here are a few pictures from Halloween, we tried to get a good picture of the boys together but Noah was not having it! I took Noah to three houses while Silas stayed home watching the game with Ryan. It was a quick trip and Noah was more interested in running around the yard in the dark than trick or treating! Oh well, he delivered some treats to his friend Connor down the road and then we went to another neighbors house who we had not met yet to introduce ourselves so it was a productive evening!

What is this bucket for again???

The only picture of the two of them that somewhat turned out...

Big Helper!

Silas has been asleep forever this morning so Noah and I decided to go out and start "working" on all of the leaves. We did not really get a whole lot accomplished but Noah had lots of fun "helping" with his broom and running through the piles. My whole point of the piles was for him to play so it was a win/win and we'll let the yard guys come deal with the leaves later!

The silly face even made an appearance!

Working so hard!

The Yard!!!

I am so excited about our yard right now, the leaves have not all started changing yet but the ones that have are so beautiful I had to share some pictures! We finished decorating the front porch so I had to throw in a picture of that too!

This is the view when we walk out the front door!
