The other night (OK maybe like a month ago) we got these hilarious pics of the boys running around with crazy shirt heads.  I love it when the most random thing ever makes them giggle for hours!

Family Christmas

Here are a couple random pictures from the Simonatti family Christmas and my parents Christmas party.  We had a huge Christmas Fiesta for Christmas this year, gotta love it when the Italian fam decides to eat Mexican food instead of our usual lasagna, pasta etc. for dinner...  Yummy!!!

Christmas Day

Christmas Day started with a bang (of the drum) around these parts...  Seriously, what was Santa thinking????

After all the Christmas morning fiasco was done and somewhat cleaned up.  We headed down to Eugene for the evening to have Christmas with Nonnie & Papa and the fam.  I did not take a lot of pictures but here are a few cute ones!

Noah had packed all his "special" presents into this bag to bring down
to Nonnie & Papa's to show everyone.  He packed that bag around for
a couple weeks after Christmas with his treasures!

Almost White Christmas

We headed to Bend the week before Christmas to celebrate with Mayme and Boppa (I'm a little out of order here :) with hopes of a white Christmas but apparently Mayme had been praying really hard that it would not snow so our drive would be safer :)  It worked, and I can't complain because it does make for a lot quicker drive over the pass!  The kids did not seem to care and had a blast hanging at Mayme and Boppa's with Jack and Ariel for a few days!  They played at the park across the street, baked cookies for Santa and spent a lot of time "working" with all their new construction toys and their super cool Handy Manny workbench!

Christmas in February...

I am finally getting around to having all our Christmas pictures ready to add here (two months later)...  It is amazing what I can get done around here with the boys gone for four days :)  Huge thank you to Nonnie and Papa, I actually feel like my head is on somewhat straight!  Our kitchen floors are pretty clean, the stack of paperwork in my office has been dealt with and we had not one but three date nights (gotta make up for a few months)!
I'll start with our Christmas Eve!  For the past few years we have gotten together with Misty, Jerromy, Ariel & Jack for a relaxing evening before the Christmas morning mayhem starts :)

Benefit for Atreus

I know I don't usually post about a lot of things besides the boys on here, but I am going to be hosting a Scentsy Fundraiser on February 25th with all proceeds going towards Atreus's therapy and wanted to let everyone know about it!  You can read all about my cousin's son Atreus and his ongoing therapy here.  I got to spend the morning with the little guy on Sunday (while Sara and I planned a delicious menu for the 25th:) and am amazed at the difference his therapy is making!  He was talking up a storm, pointing everything out and has developed quite the imagination, very cool!!!

Atreus is receiving almost 25 hours of private therapy per week in addition to his new preschool.   Every little bit helps and I am excited to do what little bit I can, and you know I love a good reason to have a party!!

Family Pics

I really am working toward Christmas here!
We decided that for Christmas gifts this year we would hire a photographer and have family pictures taken, sadly this was the first time we have ever had family pics taken by someone other than family.  We hired Daniel Soule the photographer that took the seriously amazing pictures from my brother's wedding but unfortunately started the day off with a cold temps and two very cranky & rushed boys...  Needless to say my expectations were pretty low :)
I was, however, pleasantly surprised when we got the pics back!  We did not get any really great ones of the whole fam (apparently this is hard to do with two busy little dudes :) but there are some really good individual shots and a few awesome shots of the boys together, which is what I really wanted anyway!
